Organisational Transformation
This includes the service and performance transformation at RHB Bank, Singapore since 2004. Service standards increased from 30% to 86% in 1 year.
HR Transformation
This includes transforming HR from purely administrative to be a Strategic Business Partner. The transformation with many HR initiatives for employee engagement has led to Panasonic Information Systems Company Asia Pacific (PISCAP) to receive a Singapore HR Award in 2023.
Regional Projects
This includes a Benefits Alignment in 2022 and Salary Benchmarking exercise in 2023 at PISCMY in Malaysia.
The salary benchmarking is done against Mercer salaries for Malaysia as benchmark and industry comparisons.
Regional Training
This includes a Performance Management training to the Asia Pacific companies of JTB Asia Pacific. The countries trained include Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Bali, Jakarta, and Myanmar.
To ensure practical take-aways, the session also include training participants on "Difficult Conversations in Performance Management"
