Evelyn’s experience spans across the financial services, retail, hospitality and technology industries, and across Asia Pacific and globally. Her forte is in transforming organisational and service culture, having led the service transformation at RHB Bank, Singapore since 2004. Together with the Service Quality Manager, they attained the ‘Singapore Service Class Award’ in 2006, making RHB Bank, Singapore the First full bank to achieve the award.

Evelyn has also been involved in the HR transformation of Panasonic Information Systems Company Asia Pacific (PISCAP), and has also led in the benefits alignment and compensation benchmarking in Panasonic PISCAP Malaysia. With the HR transformation led by Evelyn, PISCAP won a Singapore HR Award for ‘Workplace Culture and Engagement’, Silver category, awarded by the Singapore Human Resource Institute (SHRI) in 2023 - a First for Panasonic companies in Singapore.

Evelyn’s core strengths is in organisation development, organisational transformation, change management, performance management, talent management and learning and development.

Evelyn graduated with a Master in Business Administration from the National University of Singapore. She is a certified DiSC Workplace trainer and graduated with TESOL (Teaching English to Students of Other Languages) with distinctions. She has also been trained in Life-Forming Leadership Coaching taught by Regent University. Evelyn serves on the Advisory Council of Harvard Business Review and is the Assistant Honorary Secretary of International Women’s Federation of Commerce and Industry, Singapore (IWFCIS).
